24 year old girl looking for accommodation in Porto near FLUP

Hi, I'm a Mexican student and I will be attending FLUP from February to June. I'm an easy going person and I'm tidy. I'm looking for a room in shared flat with 3 rooms max preferably (max 270 €). I would like to have a desk at my room.
I'm also considering studios of max 400 €.
It would be nice if it's near FLUP or with easy access to transportation.
