22 year old interior designer looking for accomodation in centre of Porto

Hi! My name is Stéphanie Meyers (female), i'm an erasmus student in Porto upcomming schoolyear. I'm staying from 10 September 2013 till 12 February 2014. I'm looking in the price range between €150 - €280. The type of accomodation I'm looking for can be room, appartement or house as long as I have a room with bed, closetspace and desk for myself. I'm hoping to live in an international environment with lots of different nationalities and creative people living together. I'd like an accomodation near a metro station with all expenses included, shared kitchen, a laundry machine, and an iron. Supply of bed linen and bath towels if possible. My sending institution is Hasselt University Belgium. I'm attending ESAD studying Interior Design I'd really like to live in de Cedofeita area near Trindade metro station or in the Boavista area (the area of Casa da Musica), as long as it's close to het metro.
