21 yeard old student looking for accommodation in Porto

I am from Turkey and I'm a Management Information Student at Ankara. I'll be at ISCAP for the next winter semester so I'll be there from September to February.
I am looking for a place to stay and roommates for shared flat, room or dorm. It really doesn't matter my roommate is male or female. I just want to improve my English with practicing my roommates :) Also it'll be my first Erasmus experience like many of you, so I'm very very excited to meet new people, discover Porto and learn Portuguese culture.
As a flat mate I'm very easy going, open-minded and friendly respectful to other people and cultures. I have just one bad side; I hate smoking :)
Actually I found a place but I am not very sure to book it.
