21 year old girl looking for accommodation in Porto

Hey guys,
my name is Eva, I'm 21 years old, I come from Germany and I will do Erasmus in Porto from September until February. For this period I'm looking for a room in an apartement or in a house with other (Erasmus)students.
I would prefer an accommodation in the quarter "Cedofeita", especially in the south/south-west of it. Near the metro stations Trindade or Aliados.
Also important for me is that overnight guests are allowed.
My budget is 250€ with all bills included.
