21 year old girl, looking for a room in Paranhos

Hi my name's Andrea, I study International Relations and I'm looking for a private room near Universidade Portucalense preferably in the paranhos area. I'm arriving in october and will be staying until February/March, my budget is €400 

I'd like to live in an apt with other sociable roommates who are down to do things together every now and then so I can make the most out of my time in Porto. I'm a pretty easy going and open minded person who loves to travel and learn about different cultures and languages. I speak Spanish and English fluently so I'm up for helping anybody wanting to practice those.
