20 years old, man,looking for an accommodation in Porto, non smoker person

 Hello my name is Ángel Baca Porcel and I am looking for a flat in Porto because I am going to spend one year in this city and I need a place to stay. I would like to have the flat near the faculty of sciences (I am studying biochemistry) or near that any buss stop or any underground stop to go to the university and I would like that it has washing machine, Internet, kitchen with fridge, bathroom, desk to study and an own room.

 I am a no-smoker person, so I prefer to live in the flat with a non smoker person.
