20 year old girl looking for a nice accomodation near ISCAP (with 2-4 other Erasmus students)

I am a 20 year old girl from Latvia and starting my studies in Porto, ISCAP this September (2017). During this mobility program, my biggest goal is to gain an unforgetable experience and making new friends.
So what I would really like about my accomodation - I would enjoy the company with 2-4 other Erasmus students. I don't care wether a girl or a boy, just as long as You like tidyness, respect others and want to have fun.
I am looking for a single room, hopefully with bed ( I would need that ), desk, chair, wardorbe, window (wonderful if the room has a lot of light), a door lock. The common areas - comfy and clean, the bathroom sharing would be so comfortable if it is between 2 people, because, it would be hard to make a schedule with 5 other people, right? We all want it simple for us.
