20 year old boy, studying at FEUP, looking for accomodation in Porto

I study engineering (5-year-course) and am looking for a place near the subway/metro system, so I can get to campus. I'm very organized, polite, and great at sharing home tasks. My preference is a private bedroom, but depending on the place I could go for a twin bedroom also. I'd like a place with at least a bed, a desk and somewhere to store clothes.
