19 year old American international student, looking for accommodation.

Hello, my name is MaryKelly McCarthy and I am from the United States. I am a very open person and love experiencing and getting to know people from all different backgrounds, countries, and cultures. My native language is English, however I do not speak Portuguese but that is my sole reason for coming over to Portugal, to study the Portuguese language and culture. I will be looking for a long stay permanent residence for more than 6 months to a full year. I am open to sharing an apartment or house with fellow students and travelers. I will be arriving this summer around July and plan on moving into a residence around August/ September of 2016 for University courses and work. I would love to get to know some amazing people no matter what race, culture, or sexual oreintation.
