Married couple ages 24(M) and 20(F) looking for accomodations August 2015 through May 2016

I'm a student from America coming to the France Business School in August and staying for the full academic year. I will be moving to france with my husband and we are currently looking for a place to stay. We would prefer somwhere to stay for the full acadmeic year however if it is even for 5 months, that would be great. We are looking for a fully funished studio or single bedroom apartment but would also be interested in renting a room from a family. We would be interested in knowing if bills are included, how far away the location is from the France Business School and if there are groceries and shops nearby.

My husband and I are a very tidy couple and don't mind pets if you have any. We speak English and Spanish and would love the opportunity to improve our French. We do not smoke. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
