I am a Law student looking for a place to stay in Poitiers during my exchange programme. I speak English, French and Portuguese. I am a calm and very organized person.
My ideal studio would be located at the Poitiers centre-ville, prefereably near Sciences-Po. It needs to be furnished, have water and eletricity charges included, and also heating system to survive the winter. If possible, but not necessary, have WIFI too.
