21 year old American male looking for a room/apartment to rent

I am from America and i have been living in Belgium for a few years now. I speak three languages, english, french and spanish. I am a very concentrated student, I do not go out much, only during breaks and weekends if any. Looking for a room or little apartment to rent so that I have a place to stay while studying at the Medical University of Pleven, starting march 1st. Looking to move in by at least the 25th of February.
