Looking for a (non-shared) room in Pisa for Oktober till December!

I am Lars and I am currently a third year student Economics in Rotterdam. For my study I want to follow a semester at the University of Pisa. For the period from October till December I need a room to stay. 

I don't have much requirements: I only want a room which will not be shared. I will study at the ‘Dipartimento di Economia e Management’, so a room in this neighborhood would be perfect. 

I need a room for approximately three months: Oktober till (end-)December. I will arrive next week in Pisa and I would like to check the room out!
