A couple, looking for a studio with attached bathroom in Pisa, near to University of Pisa

My husband and I are two PhD students from Singapore. We are visiting the University of Pisa for a period of 15-April to 25-May. We are looking for a very clean studio around 30 m2 near to the University of Pisa. We need the followings:
1- A double bed.
2- A private toilet and bathroom.
Also, it would be great if the Kitchen has utensisls.
