30 year old, single, looking for dwelling in proximity of Universita Di Pisa, Economia e Management

I'm an adventurous fella and would be heading to Pisa for a study programme and currently searching for a short/long term dwelling, no preferences (i.e. distance, type, location etc) single type but sharing the accomodation would be awesome, looking to get hooked up with the learning stint of italian language in the meanwhile there. Love pets, smoking-free, coffee and martini addicted, speak Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi language.
