22 year old girl with boyfriend looking for single room for semester

I am an undergraduate philosophy student going to Pisa to study my masters degree, also in philosophy. I am going to live there with my boyfriend, who is also going to study his masters. I am looking for a confortable and somewhat spacious room that is not over 450 euro a moth. It is preferable that the room is close to the University of Pisa. We are flexible with the conditions of the house, that is, we dont mind if there are other people living there and we know that we will have to share the kitchen and bathroom. However, we expect our roommates to be clean and a bit orderly, and we are open to meeting any kind of people!
