39-year-old man, looking for accommodation in Piacenza

This is my first time using Spareroom and I really hope that I get to find people and/or place to rent a room. I am looking for a private bedroom around the Cattolica University in Piacenza City. I'm laid back, tidy, respectful, non-smokers, non-drugs and responsible - and I value the same in others! 

I will be studying and working long hours Monday-Friday, I am respectful but also like going out but will be quiet if that is not the apartment vibe. Looking to meet like-minded people who I could potentially form friendships with!
I am available to move from 07/Sep/2018 and have a budget of about €200. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 25 and 45 years old.
