25 years old Student looking for accommodation

My name is Ali Akram am from Egypt and am going to be a new student at Poli university this September, am a very outgoing person, i like to experience new stuff and basically am easy to get along with anyone. Am seeking a nice place to stay at least for a month but if was that comfy i would stay for the rest of my studing period, price rate should not  exceed 270.
