24 year old architecture students looking for accommodation in Piacenza

We are a couple that is looking for a comfortable apartment with separate bedroom and bathroom as well as a kitchenette and prefereably a working/dining area. Fully partially furnished withmin walking distance/ public transportation route to the Politecnico in Piacenza. Preferably newly refurbished. A room in a large shared flat or house with other students would be ideal. We are both students, neither of us smoke.
