Australian engineer coming to study Italian

Professional engineer taking time off for whole of August 2016 to study Italian language and culture in Perugia.
Ideally would love to share Accom with Italians but happy to share with other students. I am also willing to pay more to share with 1-2 other people rather than 4-5.
I love going to the gym, the beach, cooking, music, festivals and the occasional night out.
