22 year old student, looking for accomodation in Perugia

Ciao!

My name is Matthias, I'm currently studying history and politics but I'm looking forward to go to Universita per Stranieri di Perugia for the next semester.

I'm looking for a single room, I would prefer living nearby the University and I would love to share a flat with other students (Erasmus/italian)

I'm experienced in living together with other students, therefore I'm reliable, tidy and organized. A tidy cleaned appartment - especially a furnished kitchen - is very important for me. A common room would be great, where you could meet and chill.

I'm motivated to improve my Italian-language skills and meet new and great people. Of course I'm willing to do some courses, apart from having a great Erasmus-experience. I don't want to stay just at the University or Perugia, but travelling around Italy. I love cooking, going out, and have a great time together.
