Student Housing in Perth

My name is Nicolaas and in februari 2018 I will be going to Perth for half a year. I'm very outgoing and I'm used to a student life with a lot of fun and surrounded by lots of people. My question is the following.

Does anyone know what the best way is for outgoing people to find housing with other fun (preferably international) students. It would be great to live with about 7-8 others. Are there any communities for this? Are there any platforms where people contact each other for housing? Should one fix everything by forehand?
