What is it like to live in Perth? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Perth has the best weather - known for its blue skies and warm days. It's beaches are some of the most beautiful in Australia and the state of Western Australia is extremely vast - full of unbelievable landscapes and experiences. It’s certainly an underestimated city in Australia, people don't pay much attention to it... but don't let that fool you into bypassing the place!

What is the student lifestyle like in Perth?

Student lifestyle in Perth is great. Student accommodation is quite expensive - would probably be better finding a share house outside of uni housing. You can easily live in a good place for around $130 a week or less. Depending on how many people you share the place with and how new the house is.

How much does it cost to live in Perth?

$150-$200 per week is more than enough to live a comfortable and easy life in Perth for spending on activities and food. You could easily budget less than this to live here as well depending on how strict you want to be on your spending.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Perth? Is there any advice you can give?

Accommodation in Perth is not so difficult to find. Your best bet is to find accommodation close to your place of study though, Australia itself is quite large and Perth is very spread out.
