Full time engineering student.  Very clean, private and quiet. Would like a modern, fully furnished flat with televison and internet included. would like to be close to gym and train/bus lines, also as close to the University of Pecs as possible.  I am a single woman and would prefer a second level or above apartment with balcony for security reasons.
