Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
my name is SImon-Kalman Tsyterer and I'm a charming student from Germany. I'm searching an appartement to live alone in Pecs, because I'm going to study medicine. I speak German, English fluently and soon I also going to be able to speak in Hungarian. I don't smoke and I also don't own a pet. Furthermore, I'm not planning to own one.
The accommodation should be an one-room appartement, including a separate kitchen and bathroom. All together it should be basically furnished. That means: - bed - chair - table - kitchen My budget is limited to roughly 250€ (possbily +30€) per month, including the rent and the facilities.
I'm going to come to Pecs on August the 28th. Till then I would like reserve the appartment.
I feel certain that we are going find a consent.
