I'm looking for a furnished studio/flat with an independed bath and kitchen. I will move to Pecs on September 6 and I will study at university. My intention is to rent the property for 12 months. I would like to stay alone in an area as close as possible to university. If the property is to be shared with other roommates I would prefer to have roommates that move to Pecs for the first time and I would like to have my own room
