Searching for cheap accommodation

I am 27 years old afghan and in search of booking an accommodation at the Pavia. I would prefer my accommodation to be closed to the IUSS. I do not look for any specific type of roommates but I would just say that my roommates whether male/female, I would prefer having them mature. More meaning, I feel myself comfortable with the roommates who are above 24.
