26 year old, male, looking for accommodation in Pavia

Hello everyone. I am coming to Pavia, Italy in September. I would be doing Masters in International Business and Economics. I am originally from Pakistan. I am a 26 year old muslim white male. My hobbies are net surfing, movies, dining out and socializing.

I am a simple person and I am looking for a decent place to live during my study. My preference would be stay alone to avoid any trouble, but if I have to share the room I prefer a very decent roommate. I am an open-minded person with no religious or contemporary ethical issues. I do not have any problem living with females as well. I do not have any issue with native Italians, or any foreigner either. In fact if I have to, I prefer living with foreigners rather than Pakistanis, they seem more helpful to me.

It would be quite a pleasure if anyone from the same program or university would be with me, would be quite helpful and supportive.

I am looking for simple room with nothing too special. It should have decent furniture (bed, table, cupboard, side table, couple of chairs, etc), wifi facility is must, laundry option, heating/cooling system, kitchen space, etc. Like everyone else, I also prefer a cheap accommodation. I would also prefer an accommodation close to the University of Pavia, if not then it should be close to bus/train service, for commuting to and forth the university.
