24-year old Austrian student, looking for accommodation in Pavia from September through February!

I'm an Austrian student of political science and I'm going to spend the next winter term at Pavia - so, of course, I'm looking for a room in flat share from September through February (max. 400€ per month).
So if anybody could offer me a room or has some tips, I would be very, very happy!
