23 yr old (female) Bio major looking for accommodation with (any gender) roommate/s in Pavia

I am a bit of a recluse, and like a clean & open living space, but I won't be inflexible about it.

I like arts, so might try to set up a paint space, but nothing too intrusive, maybe in my room or on a balcony sometimes.

I want a single room and bathroom in a house/apartment with 1 to 3 others, and a shared kitchen and living area. I'd be okay with sharing a bathroom with one other person, though, if it's necessary. (A studio apartment shared with one person would also work for me)

Pets are fine, if they're friendly, or in a glass box (reptiles). Quiet hours, once established should be respected. Parties are fine, if we've talked about it beforehand. 

I don't smoke, but I'm fine with a roommate who does, as long as I don't get assaulted with secondhand smoke. 

I‘d prefer male roommate/s, if possible.
