22 years old, portuguese pharmacy student, looking for accomodation in Pavia for two people

Dear Mr/Mrs,

My name is Joana Antunes and I am in the last year of studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon. However during February, March and April I'm going to do my investigation internship at the Università di Pavia Facoltà di Farmacia, so me and my collegue Beatriz Pinto are looking for an appartment near the Faculty in Pavia.

We saw your announcement on the internet for the appartment, and we would like to obtain more information about it (if there are internet, central heating, two bedrooms or a bedroom with two beds, household appliances, linen, etc.). We would also like to know if another expenditures are included in the price you published (internet, water, electricity and gas).
