22 years old boy looking for accommodation in Pavia

I am a Spanish student who is going to be spending my 9th semester at Università degli studi di Pavia after this summer (september-february) 6 months.
I am looking for a small room which does not have to be very luxurious at all yet I would also prefer that the room is private (I can share everything else such as bathroom, kitchen etc.). I don't mind it if the room was not a "student" apartment either.
