22 year old girl, looking for accommodation for me, my sister and a friend in Pavia

I’m looking for a place that can fit me, my sister and a friend for maximum 750 pounds for the entire place. We are going to live in Pavia for a year and It would be better if the place is, at most, thirty minutes walking from college. It can be a larger place that we can share if another girl, and in this case can be 1000 pounds for the entire place.
