21 year old , looking for accommodation in Pavia

I am a Greek student who comes to Pavia  for Erasmus semester and study Communication and Political Sciences. Looking for a place to stay near the centre.

I would like to have my own bedroom and willing to have shared kitchen and bathroom.

Also there is an option to host my mother in my room for 2 or 3 days during the semester and make it clear in order not to face any problem.
