20 year student looking for accommodation in pavia

Hi,
I am 20 years old Canadian student and planning to study at university of pavia. I am looking for rental appartment close to university so I can walk or bike to university. I would like to rent appartment from October 2015 for at least 12 months. I can only afford rent up to 200 euro and will pay on monthly basis.
