18 years old, looking for a room preferably next to pavi university

I'm sami, i'm originally from syria, but i have moving around the world from saudi arabia to the US to alot of more countries, my friends would describe me as easy going SARCASTIC analytical and independent in my free time i like to spend my time outside with friends, on the weekends i like to do some sports, swimming table tenni, etc but i also like to party and chill with my friends.

I'm studying medical so i would be studying most of my time and im my free time i would have to go to work or hang out with my friends or probably doing something for my uni.

Im a very social person, but i also need " my alone time " i want my house to be a place where i can have my friends over, but not a place that's constantly full of people, as i said i'm very friendly and a social person so i wouldn't mind anyone in the house i would just like to know ahead of time. 

I like to keep common living spaces clean and nice, i do my dishes when i get back from uni or work do my laundry, and i'm open for any schedule ideas for cleaning.

Im looking to move in sometime in december, i'm hoping i would find a house near the university of pavia. i would like my own bedroom and bathroom and i'm open to live with 1-3 roommates in the house.
