Hello,
I\'m a student at the University of Pavia, and I\'ll move to Spain for Erasmus program.
I\'ll leave my bed in a double bedroom (2 single beds in the same room). The room is really big enough for two people and divided in two parts by a wardrobe.
The apartment, recently restored, is composed by a double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, the bathroom, the living room and a kitchen. It is located 5 minutes from the center by feet.
for Info just send me an e-mail at:

Saluti e buona fortuna,
alejandro

Hello Alessandro,
i would like to make you some questions about Pavia and Erasmus Culture. Can you help me?
I applied for accommodation in some Pavia's University Residences, and i was offered in Biomedical University Residence. First, I was thinking in the Golgi Residence because it's cheaper and it's also closer to the scientific campus. So i was thinking to ask them to change me if's possible.
I don't know if you are into erasmus people in pavia but, for who was there, what its better, Residence or flat?
They have good residences there?
I would appreciate some help to decide waht i'm gonna do, rent a flat or keep the residence.
Thank you :)

Hi Tania,
Last year, when I was in Pavia, I met a lot of erasmus students. The most of them lived in residences, and, especially the ones from Spain, lived in the Golgi.
I don't know how much it costs for renting a room at the Golgi even if i think it's not so cheap for the erasmuses. I remember that all the rooms have a bathroom and that there's a kitchen in every floor. And yes, the Golgi is near the scientific campus, but it's far from the center of the city... I can say you that all the students of Pavia only pay 10 € for travelling by bus all the year, and to go to the Scientific campus there are a lot of bus(one every 5 mins), that's why I decided to live in the center of the city.
I think that the good of living at the Golgi, is that you would keep in contact with a lot of erasmus students, and surely have fun.
So, my opinion is that the Golgi residence is not so beautiful, and probably you may save money finding a room for rent in a flat with other students.
You also talk about the Biomedical residence, but I don't know it.
I have a friend here in Erasmusu who was erasmus in Pavia on the last year, and lived at the Golgi, her name is Marta Rojas Muriel, and you can ask her for more infos.
Hope I could help you,
if you have more questions write me!
See you in Pavia!
Alessandro

Hey :), I am looking for a room in Pavia from January to April 2011. Is your flat available then, if not do you know where I can find a room? My university is not being very helpful as my dates are shorter than the typical ERASMUS. Thanks!
