Phd Student. Looking for appartment at Parma for 6 months.

I am a PHD student from Turkey. I have been in Aix-en-Provence for 6 years for my master degree. I had very nice days, in a great city. So I speek French and English.
Now, I will be at Parma for 6 months with my wife for my last period of my Phd.
We are looking for an appartment near of the University for maximum 600€/month.
