German guy is looking for accommodation in Parma

Hey, my name is Pascal and I´m going to spend the winter term 14/15 in Parma as an exchange student. Currently I live in Cologne and study international business at the university of applied sciences. Surely I am the best flat mate you can wish :D
I am a good cook, open-minded, tidy and humorous guy who is just searching for a nice room. You as my flatmate/s should be open-minded too. Further I would appreciate some tidy persons.
I will arrive at the 8th or September together with my boyfriend (he will accompany me for 2 weeks). I will leave Parma end of January or February after the exams.
By the way if you are male, female, not sure... It doent matter for me. Just be yourself! :)
