29 yrs old PhD student - Looking for a room in Parma

I am a Phd student and a research assistant, and will be in Parma for the next the semesters in order to write my PhD dissertation. I am planning to be in Parma on 16th of September. I am planning to stay for 3 months in the beginning and then it can be extended to 10 months. I am looking for a room in a shared flat with flatmates who are respectful to the common life, in a shared apartment, cleaning and tidiness of the common areas, and who are careful about not making too much noise.
