Looking for a NATIVE ENGLISH NANNY/BABYSITTER (Paris 16th)

We're a friendly family with a lovely 3 years and a half girl.We're looking for a cheerful, authoritative, responsible and serious English native speaker nanny to take care of her from 16:30 untill 19:15 on Mo, Tue, Th, and from 16:30 until 18:30 on Fr. starting for September 4th 
Duties will include picking up her at school, going to the park and taking care of her until we come back: speaking, reading, drawing, playing, giving her bath.
We live close to the metro La Muette, Passy or Rue de la Pompe in the 16th arrondissement,
