Your responsibilities:
 Participating in the development and functioning of the business through your commercial actions
 Carrying out quality assurance measures to maintain high quality pet sitters
 Supporting sales optimisation efforts by analysing sales performance and generating innovative ideas
 Identifying client needs and consulting them on Holidog services
 Reviewing and reporting sales performance and customer feedback to managers
 Actively contributing to customer service development
 Additional tasks will depend on preferences (potential) and skills
Your Background and Skills:
 Bachelor or Master Students in Business or any other field related
 Ideally you have knowledge of basic principles and practices of sales
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Effective negotiation skills to create an impact on the company’s performance
 Positive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts
 Attention to detail
 Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
 Native Spanish speaker; Fluent in English is mandatory; French or other languages are desirable

 Remuneration: Base salary + Housing subsidies + Transportation subsidies (50%) + Bonus
