Your responsibilities:

• Participating in the development and functioning of the business through your commercial actions
• Carrying out quality assurance measures to maintain high quality pet sitters
• Supporting sales optimisation efforts by analysing sales performance and generating innovative ideas
• Identifying client needs and consulting them on Holidog services
• Reviewing and reporting sales performance and customer feedback to managers
• Actively contributing to customer service development
• Additional tasks will depend on preferences (potential) and skills

Your Background and Skills:

• Bachelor or Master Students in Business or any other field related
• Ideally you have knowledge of basic principles and practices of sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective negotiation skills to create an impact on the company’s performance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts
• Attention to detail
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
• Fluency in English is mandatory; French or other languages are desirable
