ABOUT SOOZ

Sooz is a european parapharmacy marketplace offering clean and effective personal care, dietary supplements and aromatherapy products.

Our mission? Improve health and wellness every day by giving you access to products with clean ingredients only and adapted to your physiological needs (allergies, type of skin, type of hair etc.).

We are 4 serial entrepreneurs (Soraya Ferahtia, Paul Dufour, Pierre-Julien Grizel and Denis Fayolle - co-founder of LaFourchette, SingulArt, ManoMano, ZenSoon etc.) looking for the right people to join this adventure and build this startup with us from scratch. Our ambition? Make Sooz the European leader in online parapharmacy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As one of first ressources, you would have great responsibilities in opening the german market for us. Working closely to one of the cofounders, you will be responsible for creating quality partnerships with brands and laboratories manufacturing health and well-being products. We are looking for real hunters, who love challenges and know that "no" does not always mean "no".

Here are the responsibilities that await you on a daily basis:

• Sourcing: find the best partners for Sooz

• Daily prospecting: contact these partners and generate leads.

• Sales chameleon: depending on the type of laboratory/brand, you listen, adapt, explain and argue to convince them to join us as a partner.

• Negotiation: negotiate and find the best partnership terms.

• Reporting: report daily your commercial activity in our CRM tool.

• Account management: follow up and be the privileged contact of your partners on a daily basis.

• Be an active player: find solutions to your partners' blocking points and suggest your ideas to improve internal procedures

SKILLS

You are highly motivated to help us build a european start-up. You are good at negotiation, organised and proactive:

• You have are bilingual in German and have good knowledge in English

• You have natural negotiation skills and strong persuasive powers.

• You like challenges and excel in perseverance.

• You have excellent listening skills

• You enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis, whether on the phone, by e-mail or in meetings.

• You are conscientious, independent and well organised.

• You are a graduate (possibility of permanent position after internship)
