Your Responsibilities

• Liaising with Holidog clients via phone, email and chat

• Carrying out quality assurance measures to maintain high quality pet sitters

• Identifying client needs and consulting them on Holidog services

• Actively contributing to customer service development

• Additional tasks will depend on preferences and skills

Your Background and Skills

• You have a great understanding with regards to the potential difficulty of entrusting man’s best friend to a pet sitter and hence are able to effectively build trusting client relationships 

• You love pets. You like them so much that you stop to pet the first dog that comes by.

• You have strong oral and written communication skills

• You are fast, rigorous and can multitask in a dynamic environment

• You are fluent in German and English and/or French. More languages are a plus.
