Your Key Responsibilities:

- Liaising with Holidog clients via phone, email and chat

- Carrying out quality assurance measures to maintain high quality pet sitters

- Identifying client needs and consulting them on Holidog services

- Actively contributing to customer service development

- Additional tasks will depend on preferences and skills

Your profil:

- You are a smart and driven university student with a passion for pets.

- You have a great understanding with regards to the potential difficulty of entrusting man’s best friend to a pet sitter and hence are able to effectively build trusting client relationships

- You love pets. You like them so much that you stop to pet the first dog that comes by.

- You have strong oral and written communication skills

- You are fast, rigorous and can multitask in a dynamic environment

- You have an advanced interest and awareness of business

- Fluency in English + any language (German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Dutch or Russian)

Salary: Remuneration: Base salary + Housing subsidies + Transportation subsidies (50%) + Bonus
