We are an Executive Search company for the Health Industry, based in Paris, Geneva, Frankfurt, Barcelona and Brussels. Founded in 2008 in Paris, STRAMMER is today an international leader in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, providing the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry with middle and top management talents.
Since 2012, we have been ranked among the agencies recognized as “Excellent” in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector by Décideurs magazine. STRAMMER covers the following sectors: Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotechnologies and Diagnostics industries, as well as Private Equity and Venture Capital with their corresponding company portfolios.
We have been growing very fast in the last few years and due to that, we are currently looking for:
Internship – Technical and Scientific Research Analyst

Job Description:

- Define the best research strategy for each role (headhunting, job ads, job boards, etc);
- Identify the potential candidates and pre-interview them by phone;
- Make sure you have a full profile description of the candidates and schedule interviews for the ones you judge as a match for each role;
- In charge of updating the databases with your assignments;
- Responsible for the Progress Reports to the Clients.
You will be in charge, with the Consultants, of several high level recruitments in different areas, such as Regulatory Affairs, Production, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Quality, R&D, etc.
Being the first contact of the company with the candidates, you will carry the responsibility of representing the image of STRAMMER in the market.

Qualifications:
- Student on a Business or HR School, you wish to discover the environment of Recruitment,
- French and/or English desired, other languages are a plus,
- Knowledge of the Office Package,
- Experience in Recruitment is a plus.
We are looking for someone very dynamic, with great interpersonal skills, comfortable on the phone and with good computer skills to join our team from January 2016.
