Job Description:

As the UK Business Development Manager, you will be working with the Sourcing Team UK. You’ll recruit our future UK DIY online-sellers, analyse their offer and support them to increase their sales.

You have a good knowledge of a B2B sales process, are equipped with a strong analytical mind-set and good relational skills. You will be able to identify and recruit our future partner sellers with strong potential, who are capable to make their products fly off our shelves.


Your missions:

  • You benchmark the range of sellers and analyse the potential for our catalogue.
  • Hunting UK sellers with high potential for the UK platform.
  • You overcome each obstacle autonomously and with innovative solutions.
  • You negotiate and get the best conditions to make the partnership as successful as possible.
  • You integrate partners and report on their performance.

Your profile:

  • You’re passionate about Selling and Business Development B2B and the world of start-ups.
  • You’re a native English speaker
  • You have work experience in the UK and excellent cultural understanding of the UK
  • A good knowledge of B2B sales process and sales strategies
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other office programmes
  • Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour in the workplace
  • Ease with negotiations and commercial relations
  • A previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus
