Studio for Babysitting

My preference is to find a studio in exchange for childcare because I will be a language assistant in the French public schools for 12 hours a week.I will be available afterschool afterschool to provide childcare. I am also open to sharing a flat with someone else preferaly a girl. I am also intersted in just a normal studio not in exchange for chilcare.
