Student couple looking for private apartment/Studio in Paris

Hello! 

I am looking for an apartment with a private bathroom (WC) and shower, for me and my boyfriend. A place in the 5th, 6th, 13th or 14th district near our new school would be perfect, but anywhere else in Paris would do too. A washing machine and fiber optic would also be a plus, but again those are details. We are very clean, don't have any pets and don't smoke.

We are ready to move in immediately (we've already been in France for a few months but in a different city), or until the beginning of September if that's the only option. The contract will be signed under my boyfriends name. His parents, living in the US, are our guarantors. He'll be working part-time during his master studies, and I have a scholarship from the french government. We want to rent a place for a minimum of 10 months (academic year), but would like to stay longer (2 years or more) if possible.
